Description
1.performance characteristics
The height to thickness ratio (h0 / t) of series B disc spring is 0.75 (h0 for the free height of the spring ). Its deformation and force value are as follows:
2.Specifications
The specifications of the products refer to Din2093 of German standard, GB/T1972-2005 of Chinese standard and 20813 of American standard for B series disc spring.
The details are as the following table:

Supplementary specification of stainless steel disc springs is for another reference standard.
3.The supplementary specification of materials and environment
The common material of disc spring is spring steel of 51 crv4. To meet the requirements of special environment, we can also use other materials. For example, we apply nickel base alloy or nickel cobalt base alloy to metallurgical equipment in high temperature environmemt. We apply stainless steel to fluid valve equipment in corrosive condition. We can also use dacroment to do the anti-corrosion surface treatment.

4.Limit deviation
The limit deviation of standard components is in the following table (the default is secondary precision if unspecified ), and non-standard component is according to the predetermined tolerance requirements.
